Provisions: A Mirada service user is a user of Mirada's products who has purchased a current service contract for Mirada's products, either directly or through their organisation. This may have been purchased directly from Mirada or through one of Mirada's business partners. Mirada will aim to fulfill your request within one month subject to us being able to agree a mutually convenient one hour time slot, though Mirada is not bound to do so. The training will be provided using a webinar service, which Mirada will provide subject to the condition that only one caller and one remote computer may access the session. Should you require more than one caller or remote access system, a charge may be made for this. Only one free session will be provided per year per service contract. Mirada reserve the right to withdraw this service at any time, for any reason, and without giving notice. By sending your details using this form, you agree to be bound by these provisions.
